How you'll make an impact

  • Lead the end-to-end user experience design process, from user research and concept development to prototyping and final delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define project goals and user requirements.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations to gain insights into user behaviour.
  • Create wireframes, mock-ups, and interactive prototypes to illustrate design ideas.
  • Ensure design consistency and quality across the product by maintaining design systems and guidelines.
  • Mentor junior UX designers, providing feedback and guidance to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Advocate for user-centric design practices throughout the product development lifecycle.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to drive innovative design solutions.

About you

  • Experience: 5+ years (Recommended to have Bachelor’s in Engineering/Master of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Science/ BCA / BSC or related certifications)
  • Expertise in user experience design principles, interaction design, and user research methodologies.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or equivalent.
  • Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) for effective collaboration with developers.
  • Ability to lead and mentor junior designers.
  • Strong aptitude in critical thinking, problem-solving, and design strategy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present and articulate design decisions to stakeholders.
  • Experience working in agile teams and cross-functional environments.
  • Strong listening and collaboration skills to work seamlessly in teams.
  • Deep understanding of current design trends and emerging technologies.
